Waterfront Land Patsaliga River Point A Lake Andalusia, AL in Andalusia, Alabama For Sale

.70 of an acre of waterfront land for sale located on the Patsaliga River in the Hideaway Harbor Subdivision Andalusia, AL. The river runs right into Point A Lake (about a mile from our property). Our land has about 100' of waterfront. Nice spot for a dock and to build a waterfront house. The land is rectangle shaped. The front 3/4 is flat (great spot to build a house), then there is a small hill that gently rolls down to where the water is. We have not done much to the property....we put a dirt driveway in and bush hogged the property, but that's it. The property is partly cleared. We were hoping to build on the property, however, we are not able to use it as much as we would've hoped. We pay $100 a year for our HOA. There is no time limit to build.
